“Sergi & Irina” TRAVELS (LITERALLY) TO HOLLYWOOD, TO THE ‘BURBANK INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL’ IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
Today’s date is a very special one.
Today, June 21st, is the summer solstice, the beginning of the season and the longest day of the year.
But for us, this date will always be something else, because it is the day our film “Sergi & Irina” is set.
Well, to celebrate this special day, we received incredible news. “Sergi & Irina” goes to the heart of Hollywood, to the ‘Burbank International Film Festival’ as Semi-finalists in their Official Selection! The Burbank International Film Festival is located north of Hollywood, and their headquarters are literally located between Walt Disney Studios, Universal Pictures and Warner Bros Studios, just behind the famous Hollywood sign on top of Mount Lee.
And to better the news, they tell us that this year it’s a LIVE Festival, and they have invited us to attend between September 9 and 12 to be part of their Festival.
We want to thank from the bottom of our hearts all the jury members of the Festival and all the crew for this opportunity to be part of their thirteen years of existence and to be able to see our film in the Burbank AMC 16 Theater at their cinema party.
